When you’re planning an extensive renovation project we can take you, your architect and general contractor through the process from mechanical design options, plans and permits to the completion of your system. Examples of special projects might be a driveway snowmelt system, with whole home radiant heating run from a high-efficiency wall hung boiler with an indirect hot water tank running your domestic hot water. This type of system can then be paired with one of our attic-based systems for cooling. We can also complete the same sort of project for homes with forced air systems and now, in situations where it is feasible, with ground-source/geothermal systems.

We have completed many projects on this sort of scale including large radiant projects for Go Transit, and have the experience and expertise to give you a highly efficient home system.
